I've always had a passion for sport, fitness, and wellbeing, and I've experienced first-hand the positive impact movement can have on both physical and mental health.
I'm fascinated by how the body works and how we can optimise performance, whether that's achieving a personal best, building strength, recovering from injury, or maintaining functional movement for everyday life.
Helping others discover what they're capable of is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do. I'm passionate about making movement accessible, enjoyable, and empowering, supporting people to become healthier, stronger, and more confident.
Whether you're just starting your fitness journey or prefer a more personal training environment, my small group classes offer a supportive and comfortable way to exercise. With a choice of class styles, days, and times, you can find an option that fits your lifestyle and goals.
I believe fitness should be accessible to everyone, which is why I provide affordable, effective programmes designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and improve your overall wellbeing.

I am committed to continuous learning and professional development, regularly attending courses, workshops and webinars to stay up to date with the latest research, industry guidelines and best practices. This allows me to continually expand my knowledge and provide the best possible support to my clients.
First Aid qualified, fully insured and DBS checked - giving you confidence that you're in safe and professional hands.
Fitness is about more than exercise - it's also a fantastic way to bring people together and support important causes. From completing the London Marathon (twice!), organising charity fitness classes, planking challenges and even abseiling events, I've enjoyed turning movement into meaningful fundraising.
Together, we've helped fund a local defibrillator, supported a local hospice and raised money for Cancer Research UK and the British Heart Foundation.
