I've always had a love of sport, fitness, exercise and well-being - feeling the benefits not only physically but also how it affects my mental health.
I'm fascinated by how the body works and how we can make it perform - whether that is aiming for a PB or just to maintain functional movement.
After many years stuck to a desk and being a mum to my 2, I've now put my passion into sharing my knowledge and getting others moving to achieve their fitness goals.

I love to learn and add to my services. I take regular CPD courses and attend webinars to make sure I am up to date with the latest information, guidelines and to expand my knowledge.

Running, planking, abseiling & Charity classes!
I have been able to raise funds to install a defibrillator, support a local Hospice and for Cancer Research UK.
My next challenge is the Cancer Research Winter Run - a 10k run around London in February 2025.
