For Pilates or the Fitness class you need to bring an exercise mat.
A thin yoga mat or a more cushioned Pilates mat, it is your choice.
For the relaxation session, it's nice to have extra blankets, cushions and extra layers for your comfort and warmth.
For the fitness class you will need a non slip mat.
Clothes that you can move in but mostly, whatever you feel comfortable in.
Layers that you can put on or take off if you get hot or cold, possibly sweat wicking.
A supportive bra if you need one and suitable trainers for working out in.
In Pilates we work in barefeet - or non slip socks.
In Pilates we use the long theraband to add resistance. or sometimes for assistance.
Bands need to be at least 1.2m in length
For comfort, some members have also invested in loop bands
The ones we use in class are physio grade 2m in length (green medium or blue strong). Please get in touch if you would like to buy a band from me - from £6.00 (plus postage)
Similar products: long band and loop bands.
In Pilates we sometimes use the small ball. This can help with focus and make movements slower. But also to intensify - adding an extra squeeze to engage more muscles!
Please get in touch if you would like to buy a ball from me - from £6.50 (plus postage)

Blocks can be a useful addition to your equipment list. To sit on to tilt the pelvis into a more comfortable position, under shins to protect the knee, under heels to help with squats, under hands to adjust the position of the wrists.
Similar Products: yoga block, 1/2 yoga block, wedge block
We're always adding something! I often admire a new bag, mat or legging. And I love it when members add a new piece of kit - whether it's a different type of band, block or some extra cushioning.
