There are 5 Pilates classes and one Fitness Class. per week to choose from.

Classes vary each week and are suitable for all ages and abilities.

Pilates - It is recommend to complete a block of classes.  A class pass for a block of classes offers a discount rate per class.  PAYG is subject to availability.


Fitness can be PAYG but a class pass is also available




Class booking is required in advance and subject to availability.  

Register, book and pay for your space here (this will take you to another site, payment is via Stripe)


  • A class pass allows you to book a number of classes within that block/number or weeks, at a discounted cost per class.  This guarantees your slot!  Make sure you select your class pass first and then book your selected sessions.
  • A Pilates class pass allows you to book any day/time to allow flexibility around other commitments.  PAYG is subject to availability.
  • A Fitness class pass allows you to book all of the Fitness classes within that block at the discounted rate.
  • A class pass is only valid for that block and any unused sessions can not be carried forward to the next block.
  • In the event that you need to cancel or swap a class, 24 hours notice is required so the space can be made available for anyone on the waiting list.  If you cancel later than this, you may forfeit that class.
  • If you cancel a class with at least 24 hours,  it may be possible to catch up one of the other sessions during that half term/block.  This is subject to availability.  
  • Zoom class pass only - these sessions are recorded so you can catch up or repeat from the link (live for the half term).  
  • If you use the Zoom class as a catch up session, you are welcome to join live on screen or have a catch up link to that session - the link will be active for one week. 


  • Classes are non refundable,
  • If you do need to cancel a class 24 hours notice is required.
  • If you cancel a class with at least 24 hours notice you may be able to switch to an alternative class within that block (subject to availability).  
  • Classes can not be carried forward to the next block.
  • If you use the Zoom class as a catch up session, you are welcome to join live on screen or have a catch up link to that session - the link will be active for one week. 
  • If less that 24 hours notice is provided, you will forfeit that class.


New members are required to complete a Health Form prior to starting, and annually thereafter.  This is to ensure you are fit and well to take part.

If any changes arise with your health during this period, please update your instructor.


You will need to bring an exercise mat and some water to each class.

Occasionally we use small equipment - you are welcome to borrow or bring your own.  

See recommended equipment for details.


We recommend wearing comfortable workout clothes.  

Suitable trainers are required for the exercise class, in Pilates we work in barefeet (possibly socks if it's cold!),
