There are 5 Pilates classes and one Fitness Class. per week to choose from.
Classes vary each week and are suitable for all ages and abilities.

Pilates - It is recommend to complete a block of classes. A class pass for a block of classes offers a discount rate per class. PAYG is subject to availability.
Fitness can be PAYG but a class pass is also available
Class booking is required in advance and subject to availability.

New members are required to complete a Health Form prior to starting, and annually thereafter. This is to ensure you are fit and well to take part.
If any changes arise with your health during this period, please update your instructor.
You will need to bring an exercise mat and some water to each class.
Occasionally we use small equipment - you are welcome to borrow or bring your own.

We recommend wearing comfortable workout clothes.
Suitable trainers are required for the exercise class, in Pilates we work in barefeet (possibly socks if it's cold!),
